Norris Scientific is pleased to offer Premium Support to all users of the RESOlution laser ablation instruments. We have been providing both remote and on-site support for these systems since their inception in 2008 and can troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Premium support includes:

  • Unlimited 24/7/365 email support with a reply guaranteed within 24 hours
  • Unlimited telephone support
  • Unlimited remote support
  • Replacement parts for your instrument: new, refurbished, or repaired
  • Discounted parts, service and training
  • Priority scheduling of field service
  • Feature requests for the GeoStar software with free implementation of minor items

Subscription to the plan requires payment of an annual fee, with discounts available for customers that have more than one system.

Existing users can log in for specific details about the program along with exact pricing.

While this support plan is primarily intended for RESOlution† laser ablation instruments, we are still able to perform some service of other laser ablation instruments, but to a limited extent. We can service all excimer lasers and DUV optical systems as well as perform in-depth troubleshooting of electrical systems, electronics, computers, and software.
