We can provide remote support, or we can come on site to troubleshoot and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Our support expertise includes all aspects of system hardware and software, including optical design and alignment, system integration, laser maintenance, and PCB fault finding and repair. As well as providing these support options directly to users, we also offer training in the same so that users can service their systems for themselves.
